Congrats to incoming Mayor & Ward candidates. Dy Mayor is yet to be finalised, noting that Sarah Thomson achieved a higher vote count than Geoff Taylor, from the final results. Low voter turnout is not aided by reluctance of public figures to disclose their own voting preferences, which would have created greater public interest in election.
